Job Description

Sofomation is recruiting an experienced Geologist / GeoModeller in India with strong expertise in integrated subsurface evaluation and geological modelling, particularly for oil and gas exploration and production.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Conduct seismic interpretation and structural/geological mapping.
- Perform well-log interpretation and analysis.
- Develop earth models and static reservoir models.
- Undertake stratigraphic interpretation and structural geology analysis.
- Evaluate deepwater depositional systems.
- Conduct reservoir characterization and volumetric assessments.
- Develop and maintain accurate 2D and 3D geological models.
- Integrate subsurface datasets to support reservoir evaluation and modelling.

- Extensive experience in integrated subsurface evaluation.
